Partners Business Consulting Group LLC specializes in software application training, business management, and professional development.

Software training includes training in such applications as, Oracle Financials, (AP, AR, Purchasing), Oracle i-Procurement, Oracle Projects, Oracle Tutor, Primavera Project Manager, and Microsoft Office applications. Training Needs Assessments are conducted to determine the best level and means of training. Training material is developed in the form of courseware curriculum and e-learning, CD’s and may be customized to incorporate individual company policies and procedures.

The company works with clients in developing their business processes and related process flow diagrams prior to and during ERP implementations. In addition, Change Management and Organizational Behavior workshops are offered as an aide in assisting companies as they undergo company reorganization and change. Workshops provide employees an understanding of the need for change and help them to understand their role in the new company structure.
